Shared Independent Living Quarters is a shared space model, that allows guest to live in an affordable and safe environment with others. Guest share kitchen, living room, dining room, some bedrooms and other common spaces with all other guests.   

Shared or private room, water, furniture, appliances, basic toiletry items, and linen when you move in.

 The Shared Living Expense Payment request is an electronic invoice,  that is sent to your email.  Payment is paid weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. 

 Your shared or private bedroom can be reserved after you complete these steps:

1. Complete a free application and background check; and 
2. Pay your first and last month's Shared Living Expense Payment; and
3. Sign the agreement.

Most of our locations are equipped with keypad access and a security system, although a few use traditional keyed locks. We have security systems in all of our common areas to keep everyone’s valuables safe.  These are not monitored and are only accessed when a guest request that we look at them for justifiable purposes (missing items left in common rooms, suspicious activity, etc.). 

We recommend that guests have insurance if they have their own TV, furnishings, or electronic equipment for their room. Proof of  a policy may be required within 30 days of moving in.

 While we abide by all current housing laws, please understand that this is shared quarters and that current and future guests that you share the quarters with, may be allergic to animals.

In general, no overnight Guest stays are allowed.  However, some exceptions may be allowed on a case by case basis.
