Our Shared Independent Living Quarters are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
We offer furnished private and shared bedrooms in a 3-bedroom house for men or women only.
Independent living involves sharing of spaces i.e. kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom and bedroom (if not a private room), etc.
Shared Independent Living Quarters start at $150 per week on average.
Where are our Quarters located
City - Chester
Chester is a small city on the Delaware River, roughly halfway between Philadelphia and Wilmington. Our Shared Independent Living Quarters is located on Baldwin Street. Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors.
The city is home to Widener University, whose campus sits on the east end of town. The waterfront Talen Energy Stadium serves as the home field for Philadelphia Union soccer matches, as well as hosting other sporting events and concerts.
Our Shared Independent Living Quarters is a smoke,
alcohol and drug-free environment.
Smoking is only allowed outside.
A typical guest at a Shared Independent Living Quarters is mentally and physically capable of living alone, and have no major mental or physical health conditions.
Our Shared Independent Living Quarters is an inclusive community where all guests are required to treat everyone with respect and kindness.
Bad behavior, bullying, and discrimination is unacceptable and could result in permanent removal as a guest.
Transportation
Bus service covers most of the city, and rail service connects Chester to its neighboring communities as well as Philadelphia International Airport located 12 minutes away, making Chester ideal for Independent Living seekers.

Chester has a neighboring borough, Eddystone, which has a WSFS Bank, Wal-Mart, and ShopRite to name a few, located 0.8 miles from the Shared Independent Living Quarters on Baldwin Street. Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors.
